Any and every party thrown in Puerto Rico will more than likely have these sandwiches. They are easy to make, extremely delicious, and require minimal ingredients! Once you have one for your own, you will undertsand the obsession.
Ingredients
This recipe requires spam, a jar of cheese sauce, a jar of pimentos, and white sandwich bread.
Preparation
Grab a food processor, or blender, and add the spam, cheese sauce, pimentos, milk, lemon juice, and spices.
Blend everything until everything is all combined and is easy to spread
Lay out sandwich bread and spead the sauce over all the ssndwiches you want!
Cut the crust off, and cut the sandwiches diagonally
The spread can then be stored for up to 2 weeks to use whenever you want!
These sandwiches always bring family and friends together!
